I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Education, Arts and Sports, Department of Language, Literature, Mathematics and Interpreting at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
My PhD concern how mathematics education can contribute to developing students’ critical mathematical competencies by working with climate change in the mathematics classroom. I have a work-related background as a mathematic and natural science teacher in lower secondary school, and an educational background within environmental technology, ICT and learning, and teacher education with a specialisation in mathematics education.
